We're so certain that you're going to love our service, speed and features, that we're offering a money-back guarantee.
When you purchase any Copper through Platinum BroadSpire Express Web hosting plan at their normal retail rates you are eligible for our 30 day money back guarantee. Plans not specifically mentioned here or plans signed up under a promotion or special pricing are not covered under our guarantee.
If you are not completely satisfied with our services within the refund time period specified for your plan, you will be given a full refund of the contract amount excluding setup fees and overages.
Setup fees are refundable for the following reasons only: (1) the account order is canceled prior to activation; or (2) the domain name was not available at the time of the order.
For web hosting contracts of 3 months or less, the full contract amount less any setup fees and overages will be refunded if BroadSpire is notified within the service refund time period (outlined above) following activation. No refund is available after that time.
This policy does not apply to any additional services such overages, disk space, pop accounts, etc. Beta Period terms or special trial terms are made on a case by case basis for BroadSpire Enterprise Hosting Customers.
Domain Registrations are not refundable under any circumstance.
Refund Policy for Renewals
Renewals of web hosting contracts of 3 months or less will be refunded if BroadSpire is notified at least 5 days in advance of the next renewal date. No refunds will be granted for notifications received after this date.
Our money back guarantee does NOT apply to Domain registrations, Domain Pointers or other a la carte items.
Please note, that any violation of our accepted use policy immediately disqualifies an account from receiving a refund of any type.
