Manage Email Forwards
Don't want to check more than one mailbox for your e-mail? Want to receive all your e-mail in the same place? Set up an e-mail address with your domain name that forwards to any existing e-mail address with your BroadSpire Control Panel. Here's how
Step 1: Log onto your control panel at https://c21.broadspire.com/
You can either log into your master account or the domain account for the website you are administering. Please see your setup info e-mail from sales for the username and password you are to use.
Step 2: Click the "Mail Settings" icon in your control panel.s main menu.
From the Mail Settings screen, click "Email Forwarding"

You will see existing groups below the "Group Name" bar – the red X below the "D" allows you to delete it. Click the pencil and paper icon beneath the "E" column to edit the recipients of messages e-mailed to this group.
On the Email Forwarding screen, you will see any existing e-mail addresses that are configured to forward messages addressed to that name to another, existing e-mail address. In the below example messages that are e-mailed to "test@advancedlinuxhosting.com" will be re-directed to test@test.com instead of a local mailbox. Please note that your destination e-mail address must be an e-mail address that already exists and is presently working.
We do not advise forwarding e-mail to Yahoo! Mail accounts because messages sent to such accounts that are not addressed by their actual yahoo.com address name will be automatically transferred to the Trash folder where you will not see the message, nor be informed the message was delivered.
The red X beneath the "D" can be clicked to delete a forwarding e-mail address.

Step 4: Type in the user name only (not the @ sign nor your domain name) that you would like for the e-mail address that is going to deliver mail to a remote e-mail address. Then, enter the Destination Address the e-mail address that is supposed to receive messages forwarded from this account. Once you click "Add" the forwarding e-mail address will appear beneath the "Source / Destination" bar in this screen.
